Customer Reviews
I went here around the beginning of April, it was the worse experience ever. Stains everywhere (which were very questionable and I had no idea of what type of stain) Mattresses was essentially shredded and being held together by the springs. My back has ached for weeks from sleeping on it. I was severely uncomfortable and the service was so bad. The woman I talked to was very rude. I have never felt so disrescpected in my life. Yeah, as you can tell, this wasn't a great experience. I heard scurrying from god knows what and I have no idea what it was. Hair was all over the bathroom sink and their was mold in the shower. I spent the whole night repulsed by the look and overall appeal of the motel. I really wish I could get a refund because that was a poor paycheck I spent on something that w
For what it is, it's really not the worst place in the world. I have yet to see any bedbugs, I've seen a few roaches and it's definitely old buildings. Staff is super friendly and if you have issues they are quick to react and correct them. It's exactly what I need at the moment and when the time comes I'll thank the God and Goddess for providing a safe place to lay my head while I look for the perfect home in Bloomington.
Got a room for someone who was suddenly living rough for a week. I would never get one for myself. The floors were sopping wet, and there were obvious mold issues. There were roaches, probably bed bugs. I honestly don't know how, at that time, that the place was not condemned and torn down. It's terrible. Maybe they are fixing things, but at that time, absolutely terrible. Worst motel I've ever seen - though I have been relatively lucky in life with strong social networks and never really needed to be in a place like this, myself. I think I'd definitely prefer a tent in the woods.
They are remodeling, but this motel is the best place I've been in. Everyone is nice and respects you as long as you do the same to them. They accept pets for only 30 a week ,if you're staying weekly. I can't thank the staff and owner enough for how great they are.
Charged me for mine and my fiances service dogs even though I said it was illegal and I had to go get a ride for us to check out and they locked her out of the room but our stuff and the dogs was still in there. Yo you should have listen to me and also worked with me. The. Law right here No, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), hotels cannot charge extra fees or deposits for guests with service animals, as they are not considered pets but essential companions. Now I'll see you in court since all that had to go and take place there was no call for any of that
