Skoolie Homes claim to be the industry expert. They have no building experience. We paid $36,500 and this is what we received. This is what we found when we opened the wall to repair the water damage from the leaking roof. Open wires behind the shower and under the bus. It actually caught fire. Thank goodness we had the propane turned off. It could have been a bomb.
What a great family that runs this small RV camp and what a lovely little area Edisto Beach is! All your RV needs taken care of here (with the exception of a dumping station, but they've got a bathhouse with a toilet and shower so you don't need one). They've got killer wifi and an office/clubhouse. It beats the heck out of the $300/night hotels in the area, definitely the most affordable option, I'll be back! :)
