If I could give zero stars to an establishment, this would be the one. For starters, they will happily lap up your money but when it comes to refunds, all of a sudden they're unable to assist you and require you to call some customer service line even though you are right there in their building. But that is not the primary offense this business has committed. This business is anti-American and tramples on the second amendment right of citizens to open carry in the fine state of Idaho. Now, Last time I checked, the ski resort is located in Idaho and not California but somehow a very sour gentleman told me I couldn't exercise my second ammendment rights on this property. Mind you, nobody has ever asked me to stow away my iron even in Washington state. I will definitely not be coming back t

Man I don’t even like giving one star reviews. But the guy helping on Demos just doesn’t hear your input. Makes for an awful experience and a waste of money. After my 3rd time back in the shop, same day. I got some real good help from a young guy with long brown hair. Give him a raise. Fire the other dude

Tried to bring my own skis and just rent boots, said I had to pay a $50 binding check fee, felt pretty scammy to me
