Schweitzer Shuttle Parking Lot

It's no secret that parking at Schweitzer is a complete madhouse. The gateway parking lot today on President's Day was a joke. After the lot were full. There were still people pulling in there trying to park putting other cars in a bad situation to get out. I did not see any parking staff turning people away. I know they do the best they can there as far as trying to keep cars organized but when it's icy and snowy they definitely should stop cars from going in

This was my first time visiting Schweitzer Mountain (and Idaho). Very beautiful and cold!! Staff were very kind and informative; made us feel so welcome. Incredible views!! Ski lift was fun!!

Safe and efficient, definitely the way I travel up to village when working the Art gallery located in the Village Besides the fabulous runs and great snow, restaurants, store, bar, hotels there is locally sourced Gallery with a large selection of jewelry, paintings, photographs, moments, books, children’s cuddly critters, wooden coat racks, mosaic creations in glass and cloth, wool and silk scarfs, etc

Such a fun mountain!!! Had a great time skiing and with their learn to ski month of January, it was only $200 for our family of 5 to ski/snowboard including rentals! Night skiing is awesome. It is so beautiful up there!

You can ski up to the ticket office from this location if you need to get a ticket. Was actually quite convenient to do this, but you have to have your own gear. If not, they do offer a shuttle, but it takes a while longer to get started skiing. If the other parking areas are full it's a decent option.
