Well maintained facility. We learned the area around the building is still for public use so be prepared to share the playground and dock. May want to bring a sign that says “reserved” or “stay out” so others don’t wander into your family event. One jack-hole / fisherman used the facility without asking, committed a digestive felony then left the crime scene for us to unplug and clean. There is no stove or oven in the kitchen area so bring an electric skillet(s) if you need to prepare food. There’s a great grill in the garage available as well as other recreational equipment.
