This place is a secret gem. The management is amazing, the manager is an “active” manager so you’ll see her going around actively working and managing the park. Weekly trash and recycling pickup. Washing machines $2 and dryer 25€. A gated dog pen for pets to safely play. 4-5 min drive to hiking trails, 5-10 min drive to town. Full hookup for an airstream. It’s a safe place for sure, very welcoming. I’m really impressed and happy we found this place.

Lived there for 2 yrs. Horrible place. Experienced 3 different under qualified managers. Rent keeps going up with absolutely no upkeep to the units. Keep looking if you want a decent place to live.
