Coolidge House Bed & Breakfast

I stayed here with my husband and it was our first visit to Ashland. We will definitely be coming back to Ashland and staying at Coolidge House again! Jordan is so kind, we enjoyed talking with him and learning about the history of the Coolidge House itself. The Parlor Suite was beautifully decorated, with a spacious bathroom and wonderful views. Breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. The property is such a short walk to so many places, which made this an all around perfect weekend!

Jordan has thought of everything. Rooms are comfortable and well supplied for a multi day stay. I would describe him as a gourmet cook, at least as far as breakfast is concerned. The location puts you steps away from all the great dining, shops, and theaters of Ashland, Oregon. Great walking town. We loved Lithia Park and its Japanese Garden. We visited in the off season but this is certainly perfect for the Shakespeare Festival. |We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends.

The Coolidge House is a hidden gem Bed & Breakfast within a stone’s through of downtown Ashland. The innkeeper is an incredibly thoughtful and generous host, and is always finding ways to add little extra touches to make the stay special. The breakfasts are top flight and sharing them with the other guests is always a highlight. We have stayed a number of times and love all the rooms, but the cottage is our personal favorite. In short, this is THE BEST OPTION IN ASHLAND for anyone looking for a landing pad while enjoying the Shakespeare Festival or the other many points of interest around Ashland and beyond. You won’t regret it, and may find yourself daydreaming about returning again and again.

This was my first stay at a bed and breakfast and I couldn't have had a better time. Jordan was a wonderful host and the delicious breakfasts were a great place to meet the other guests and learn more about the city. My girlfriend and I stayed in The Garden Room which is at the back of the house and has its own staircase. It has a lovely sitting area and a large bathroom. The house is located a block from downtown so we could quickly get to restaurants and entertainment. We will be visiting again in the future.

The house is located close to downtown and has convenient parking at the back of the house. This is my first stay at a B&B and I plan to return someday.
