Swank House-The Matriarch Heritage House + Suites

It was such a lovely place to stay! The bathroom was a dream! I was very sad that I didn't have time to actually use the tub. I hope to stay here again for more than one night and use it the next time! It was clean and cozy. It was nice to have our own fenced in space outside! We walked everywhere during our stay. That's something we enjoy about staying in Ashland, we usually stay somewhere within walking distance for great food and drinks. Would and will stay here again!

A stunning property hosted by lovely people. Every small detail was considered, from the thoughtful amenities to the beautifully styled room. The copper bathtub in our room was a standout and made the stay feel especially luxurious. Highly recommend! Update: I left my jewelry by accident and got a call within hours to coordinate getting my treasures home safely to me. The host mailed them right away. So thankfully for the hospitality and extended care from these lovely folks.

We booked this last minute on our way home from traveling over the Thanksgiving holiday. Ashland is a nice place to hang out for an evening. This is the second time we have stayed at a Swank House property. Just like last time we loved it. The suite we stayed in is absolutely adorable. I love the attention to detail taken in their properties. I love that there are treats for our dog as well as bowls, placemat and towel. The Matriarch Suite 3 is a great space for us as a couple and our dog. This space has all the necessities: kitchenette, smart tv, sofa, coffee maker, fridge, dishes, utensils, microwave, king size bed and a dual head shower. The bed is really comfy, nice and plush. The shower...the shower is awesome and closest to what we have at home that we've encountered while traveling

I am a frequent guest at the Swank House properties but the Matriarch suite is my favorite. The location is perfect, walkable to downtown and the co-op. The room is so stylish and comfortable and taking a bath in the stunning copper tub will melt all your worries away. I am continually impressed by the kind staff that accommodate my frequent requests for this room!

Super rad little place with a gorgeous bathroom. The location is awesome, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. We’re super excited to stay again soon!
