Sioux Falls Inn

I have built myself up by living here. Everything takes time. But you can pay monthly rates and that's great 👍. You must clean your own room this isn't a motel this is an extended stay. I have lived here two different times.

New staff, new room, new attitude towards the customer, no creepy drifters or police. Front desk fixed the issue I had with the television not working shortly after I arrived. Nice housekeeping staff quick to bring me a few extra towels with my littler kids with me.

It was a great place to live.The rooms are actually decent size if anything goes wrong , they are usually quick to respond the only thing that sucks is they lock up a free room.A lot of times early , including the laundry area but other than that , everything was great , including this service and maintenance people.

Cheap run down extended stay with bedbugs and roaches on both ends of the building. Property Management will nickel and dine you on fees and anything else. They are terrible at performing their job duties. There are plenty of drug users and theft at this location. The parking lot is always full of trash and smells up and down the hallway. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Bad bad bad has bugs cockroaches poor on fixing things Wi-Fi could hardly watch TV or movies electric outlets sparks appliances would just stop working overheat they came 2 times 2 fix something and said they would come back to fix things and never did want to charge $800 + for tiny room with all the issues got going on not worth it n I'm disabled not a fixed income and trying to support a sick spouse. This place needs better management to get rid of the homeless ppl that cause chaos and trouble after they leave in late hours. Better maintenance workers, security workers and people that are in charge of the place to do their jobs and do them correctly!! If I was in the city this place would be shut down!!! 💯💯
