Candlewood Suites Sioux Falls by IHG

I travel for work significantly and I stay IHG predominantly. This has been one of the best candlewood suites, the front desk. Staff has always been very accommodating. There is a very nice lady and gentlemen that work at the front desk who couldn’t be any nicer. Leaving my room to go to laundry housekeeping asked do you need anything. Very impressed with this location and it is so clean. I am such a clean freak and I really appreciate cleanliness and this place is clean.

This was my first time at this hotel and already have my next time booked. The room was very quiet and extremely clean. The pillowcases had soft or firm embroidered on them which I like. There was a full kitchen set up. I only used the refrigerator but ita good to know for future use. Check in and out was very easy. You can hear interstate traffic but I like background noise to sleep so it worked out.

Just. Wow. We have stayed at so very many places over the years of full-time traveling and I just can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Not only was the front desk lady so helpful in assisting us to transfer our residency to South Dakota…but she printed information for us, went above and beyond and out of her way to get our names correct on the receipt, for the license bureau. The room was immaculate, it was completely modern, super quiet, very clean and the bed was so soft.

The service, rooms, and staff is superb. Only think I did not care for us the noise I heard late at night by my door, and the shower head I could not move. Other than that I recommend it to anyone staying multiple nights.

This hotel should be at least a 3 star hotel. Rooms were spacious. Interior very clean. Hotel is by freeway, but you don't hear a lot of traffic noise. Free coffee and tea in the lobby all day. Desk person was super friendly
