Hampton Inn & Suites Southwest/Sioux Falls

The location is very convenient as there are a number of stores and eateries nearby, as is the hospital. Moreover, the service is also quite exceptional and the staff very friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms need a bit of work as the heating and cooling unit in the room was not properly set upon the base. There was peeling and chipping paint around the unit, there were a couple scuff marks on the wall, and there was a hole in the headboard of the bed. Overall the quality is alright but minor touchups should be completed as in one of my prior stays the showerhead was wobbly and not properly mounted on the wall.

The rooms smelled gross and musty and the lady at the front desk was rude. This place is OLD and their “renovations” are just painting lipstick on a pig. They replace details to trick the eye but don’t replace ancient appliances and it has nasty carpet. Do not stay here!

Great location to medical facilities as well as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Convenient location. Very clean from entrance to our room. Front desk/all staff were very pleasant. Nice continental breakfast. Snacks available for purchase on site.

Housekeeping does an amazing job very clean!! Alison and Patricia were great!! Breakfast was very good and kept full! Definitely recommend

Clean and organized hotel space. Lobby bathroom even had pads, tampons, etc for emergencies. A big selection of sundry items. Staff friendly and efficient. Provided a wine glass after I purchased a small bottle of wine. Location is good but very busy left hand turn to leave hotel area.
