Simcoe Manor Country Inn

My husband and I have grown to love the Simcoe Manor over the years. At one time it was customary for us to visit a different Inn on our frequent trips to NOTL simply for variety & experience, THAT was until our stay at Simcoe Manor! It was a place we began looking forward to visiting and always a highlight of our experience. Each of these generously sized rooms at the manor offer a uniqueness of their own but the "Mauve Room" is our personal favorite! Not only is the decor elaborate, the bedding luxurious but the beds are comfortable and the room quiet. We enjoy the element of independence that the Manor provides yet at the same time John is always more than willing to accommodate in any area from dining places to recreation or simply good converstation at breakfast if he feels the wel

Love the coziness and cleanliness of the family suite and warm hospitality of the owner. The location couldn't be any better as we had a young baby and we were just steps away from the main strip! We also loved the decor of the room amd it was euipped with a mini kitchen with the main necessities! Overall great value!

I had never stayed in a B&B before so I had some reservations about staying at Simcoe Manor. However, after having spent a weekend there with friends, Simcoe Manor laid all my reservations to rest.||||John and Alison are wonderful hosts. Although they were supposed to be closed, they graciously opened Simcoe Manor for us, and we felt like we were staying with friends. Prior to arriving, John contacted us and went out of his way to see if we wanted him to book any tours or needed help with anything else we were thinking of doing. ||||We were greeted warmly by John on arrival. He showed us around and explained everything in detail. We stayed at this beautiful property in early October for our anniversary, and our room was incredible! It was so private we felt like we were at home! The facilities in the suite were so beautiful, it was like a luxury apartment! Our hosts were so unbelievably kind, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area! We vow to return to this beautiful property and hope that others will consider staying at this lovely place!

My husband and I have been staying at Simcoe Manor for over ten Labor Day weekends, sometimes with another couple, sometimes alone. We look forward to spending time in this gracious accommodation. The rooms are lovely and immaculate. The breakfasts are fabulous and we enjoy lively conversations with other guests (some also returning many times like us). We are very fond of our host, John Gartner. He is very knowledgeable about the entire Niagara region and has recommended activities, restaurants, vineyards to visit and has also secured reservations for us. He has also recommended plays at the Shaw Festival. The Shaw was our original reason to come to N.O.T.L. This year I brought my daughter with me. She had a marvelous time and now understands why we so look forwards to our annual weeke
