Silver Palms Inn

We had a wonderful stay! The location is central with convenient parking. The breakfast was great, and the pool was perfect for cooling off. The rooms were very clean.||A special shout-out to Simona and Danny at the reception, they were incredibly helpful and friendly! They truly made our stay a 10/10. Thank you, you two are amazing! They definitely deserve a promotion 😉

We had another fantastic stay at Silver Palms Inn, we stayed 8 years ago as part of our honeymoon and everything was as perfect as it was then. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to look for our previous booking and tried to get us our suite that we stayed in previously but sadly it was fully booked but the room we had was beautiful and they even left us a bottle of champagne in our room with a lovely message inside a card. Everything has been so well kept since our last stay with the addition of omelettes for breakfast (all made to order and really yummy) the location is perfect for Duval Street with bars and restaurants all within walking distance, with plenty of options near by for hiring bikes etc. We hope we can return one day. The staff is excellent and the property is clean and well-kept. The $60+ “resort” fee is unnecessary and i received absolutely no value from it. The continental breakfast was not what I was expecting at all. I’ve had better at most any Marriott. The pool was nice, but why am I being charged for the use of the pool and breakfast when I’m already paying $500.00 night for a standard room. Seems like a money grab. I would suggest reviewing this fee. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would not discourage anyone from staying here.

The rooms are nice, with a big bed, a balcony with views overlooking the main road but still quiet, there's a pool in the middle, and very polite staff. I came here for the half marathon and also to shop in tourist shops. The hotel is conveniently located within 15 minutes walking distance from the start of the race, the tourist shops on Duvall Street, all sorts of bars and also restaurants. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. Great place, I would recommend for anybody wanting to experience a Key West vacation.

Positive: We did not stay at the hotel. When we entered the room the smell of smoke and mold was not pleasant at all so we left and booked at another hotel. Negative: It was poorly lit and not clean at all. It certainly was not the rating that was presented. I will be sending pictures to get my money returned as we could not sleep in that environment and felt very unsafe Other guest were also leaving due prwmises
