Silver Cloud Hotel - University District

Although in a built up area , on a busy main road, you'd never know it. Rooms were very, quiet , black out curtains did their job and the heater/ac was a soft hum in the background. All conducive to a good night's sleep ! Plus the bed was super comfy , plenty of pillows, also spare blanket and pillow in closet . Very clean rooms and public areas and no funky " what's that weird smell" some hotels have. All staff encountered were friendly and efficient. If I was in Seattle again , I'd definitely stay here. Only down side was, I wasn't able to partake of the breakfast as we were leaving for the hospital at 5.45 am, I wasn't allowed to eat and they dont start breakfast that early anyway. Recommend

Our second stay at this location, we've stayed at the Lake Union SC several times too. We were in the area for dental appointments and the SC was perfect! The staff is always cheerful and helpful, and always has time to answer questions. Beds are soft but not saggy. The rooms are quiet and spacious; I never noticed any outside noise. Superior cleaning crew and I really appreciate daily cleaning. I'm very particular about having a clean room, it's my highest priority when booking a stay. Their breakfast is above average, with different waffle batters with extra toppings, rotating hot items, applesauce and yogurts, along with the other typical items. Fruit, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and ice water available all day in the lobby. They also have a small restaurant with basic items open nightly

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel’s staff were consistently friendly. When we first arrived, we were checked in by Seth, who I later on found out was actually one of the managers for this establishment!! ||He took a very long time and patiently shared with me the best restaurants in the area. I couldn’t have asked a nicer person. Although our stay was Thursday - Sunday, the staff were all friendly and polite!!

I do not recommend this company to anyone. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They do not care about customer service. When you call, they never fix the problem. They agreed on one price at first, but later they tried to charge me much more. The customer service representative who took my payment, Jennifer, was very rude and yelled at customers. That is not professional behavior. I asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back. They are not honest. They tried to charge me $500 per hour, even though the technician did not do any real work. They said they replaced parts, but they did not replace anything. They told me a leak search would cost $900, but if it took more than two hours, they would charge $500 per hour. That means if it took eight hours, it would c
