Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Stadium

We stayed one night for a concert for our kids that was across the street. While they were gone I went and spent some time in the restaurant area where Shawnte was very kind and respectful he really made the dinner experience a great time. Rio helped us with our room accommodations and any thing else we might need also had some great ideas on what do do before we left Seattle. For staying downtown the price was great and rooms are very clean. This will be my preferred choice when staying in Seattle from here on out.

Great location right next to Stadiums. Can see the ocean from the rooftop pools! My fav! Tyler the desk attendant was very nice and upgraded us to a suite! That was so kind, such great staff and one of the cleanest hotels I've been too. Will definitley be back!

Great rooms and location but beware of the valet parking.. I always do a walk around my truck before and after using valet anywhere to check for damages. I had my new $100k truck parked in valet for two days and never removed it from the lot until I was leaving, it came out with a huge cut/scrape on the front bumper ( they parked it reversed into a spot along the back fence in the overheight lot) I could tell one of the valet drivers must have backed another lifted truck into it.. the lady at customer service said they would review all the video footage from the weekend and get back to me, 4 months later and no response and haven’t been able to get any information about it.. horrible customer service on they’re part, to bad because the hotel is great otherwise.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff, and I was upgraded to a suite for my stay, which was fantastic! Negative: My one complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed at 11pm. I work nightshift and stay up very late, and a nighttime plunge sounded fantastic - until I got up there and saw the hours.

A truly cozy and stylish stay! The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere — very cozy, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The front desk experience was excellent: check-in was smooth, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made a great first impression. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
