Dry camping at its best! Sitting oceanfront here in Key West is absolutely beautiful. If you have an onboard generator, be sure to bring a vertical exhaust (like a Gen-Turi or similar). There are full-hookup sites in the other campground, but they fill up quickly. You won’t find a more affordable campsite in the Keys.

This is a true gem! The sites are clean and well maintained. Showers, restrooms, laundry, package store and market are all within walking distance on base! Duval St is 6 miles away, but Sunset Lounge is a bar/ restaurant ON BASE! MAKE RESERVATIONS 6 months in advance for up to 90 days!!!!

It was 3 of us staying here for the 1st time. We stayed a week and everything was great. We had a waterfront spot, great price, clean facilities, etc. Thank you guys!

We have a "deluxe" waterfront site. I will say the view is everything I hoped for. On the other hand, it's dry camp. Most national parks are generator free or set aside generator free areas. Not this place. We have a deluxe area to listen to and smell generators! Why did I even imagine that it would be peaceful? You can't even hear the surf over the generators. ☹️ The only time they're off is 11pm to 7am. Why do people come to dry camp?

Other than being Key West it is a pretty nondescript camp ground. Mostly dry camping with water fillup stations and a dump facility.. There is tent camping area where can raise a tent for sleeping but you raise tent for sleeping on your rv site.
