Signia by Hilton Atlanta Georgia World Congress Center

Positive: I love this hotel and its amenities and convenient location next to the world congress center. Negative: I did not like how the floor in my room was filled with layers of dirt, like it had not been mopped or steam cleaned since opening. A hotel representative was displeased with their tip and asked for more and made a subtle threat.

The valet helped me get my luggaged out of my car. The front desk clerk accommodated our stay getting us rooms as close together as possible when the hotel was fully booked. Was curteous. Avon Waters from the bell team didn't even let us touch our bags a step of the way. He gave us a full tour of our rooms and all the features there. Very friendly and personable. The rooms were kept clean and had plenty of supplies for my stay. Overall--great experience!

I recently stayed at the Signia Hilton in Atlanta and had an absolutely outstanding experience — especially with the Club access. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and remembered, which is rare and so appreciated when you travel often. OJ, the bartender, and Arkeia, the waitress, were spectacular. Every time I came into the club, they treated me like they already knew me. Their attention to detail, warm personalities, and top-tier service truly elevated the entire experience.
