Couldn’t take a shower because the water pressure was TOO low. Spray foam in windows, uncomfortable bed, one small lock on door, slow WiFi There was a small refrigerator and microwave in room. The positive was the staff. Very helpful and really nice!!!

Tried to get in to my room booked on their site and it had been given to another couple I was give a smaller room no view no balcony no price reduction then the offer to give another day at a discounted rate in the right room but when we tried to take them up on the offer no response birthday weekend ruined and don't let this place fool you they do not have a pool in any way shape or form where the pool used to be is now a platform to look at other houses that are behind them you might get a few sunset pics but that's about it they also do not have breakfast in any way shape or form they do have a kitchen that you can share with other people and make your own breakfast with your own food that you brought and they will also give your room away even after you confirm your check in with their

A pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. The hotel has recently changed management and are keen to address and fix any outstanding issues. Breakfast was no longer available. Good views. Restaurants were a short car ride away.

This family-owned hotel has incredibly friendly and attentive staff; plenty of indoor and outdoor hangout/community spaces; excellent in-unit sanitation and hot water as well as a tidy, secure, and comfy room/bed (albeit the walls are a bit thin, but nothing a white noise machine couldn't abate) - overall, this place offers all you need after an exhausting and fulfilling long day of trekking at Sequoia National Park!

DISGUSTING! This place is beyond gross, and the staff are rude. Just look at all the other bad reviews. Avoid staying here, it may be a bit cheaper than others but the quality is so low I wouldn't stay here even if it was free. Stay anywhere else if you want to actually enjoy your trip.
