Customer Reviews
We had a great stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Three Rivers. The hotel is older, but our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. We appreciated the free hot breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, and the 24-hour coffee, tea, and hot cocoa at the front desk. Outstanding customer service from the front desk agent, Jude—friendly and helpful. And truly, location, location, location: just a short drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. Budget-friendly and convenient—we would definitely stay again. Mica W. Update: Our stay was good until the morning. Around 9:00 a.m., my husband and I went to breakfast while our 12-year-old remained in the room. We placed the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and went to breakfast. While we were gone, housek
Old the facility no elevator have to carry bags up the steps and along the walkway to your room no luggage carts on both floors while you offer a free breakfast it’s OK as far as the food, but the facility is too small not enough chairs and the number of children with the families was outrageous. Parents were standing in line 10 deep making 2 to 4 waffles each for their kids. It was a very uninviting situation the fact that I had to climb the steps, even though I had requested a lower level room because I didn’t check in until late night and as I indicated, I’m not going to recommend this location to anyone the Knight clerk that checked me in was great. He was super friendly helpful, but unfortunately they couldn’t give me a ground floor room and then the day clerk was so so important that
Let me give you the background. January 19 th, 2026, I booked the two rooms for my friends. They were from China. My friend and his co-employee (sales manager, she is female) were on a business trip, and on the way, he stopped by to visit my family and me in Three Rivers. I live in Three Rivers. My son and my friends drive to the hotel 9.15 PM for check-in. The front officer asks my friends for their IDs and passports. My friend handed over their ID and passport for check-in. The front officer asked my friend if he and his co-employee stayed in the same room, and kept asking him multiple times. At the same time, my son responded that we booked two separate rooms for them. My son replied to the front officer. After the officer got angry and started to yell at him, he kept screaming and told
This was a very disappointing stay. When we checked into our room, we immediately noticed that it had not been properly cleaned. We found cookie/cracker crumbs, plastic wrappers, a bottle, and even a hair in the bed. The whole room felt dirty and poorly maintained. We informed the staff and told them that the room wasn’t in acceptable condition. They offered two options, and since we were heading out for dinner anyway, we chose to have the room cleaned. Unfortunately, when we returned, it looked like only the obvious trash and crumbs had been removed. The bed wasn’t made, the sheets were clearly not changed, and nothing suggested a proper cleaning had taken place. Later, when I got into bed and pulled back the sheets, I found even more long hairs inside — confirming that the bedding had
Honestly, didn't really think that the rooms were as bad as other reviews make it out to be. It was good for my expectations, though the hotel does have an overall kind of a cheap feeling for the price that the rooms are. Front desk lady working at 6pm Saturday was pretty disinterested and borderline rude. Not making eye contact and telling me, "give me your ID, I need your credit card". Can I get a please or at least a welcome to the inn? I'm not the type to nitpick this type of stuff but I was really not in the mood for that type of attitude after a long day in the park and you really shouldn't be working in customer service if that's how you talk to people.
