ShredLife Eco Hostel

Super relaxing environment with clean and well-managed rooms. The sitting area has lots of character, with various art spread across the walls. I stayed for one night and met CDT hikers, and enjoyed a shared dinner with owner Zach and his staff. Zach embodies the relaxed and friendly environment of the hostel, and even being off-season, the place felt very homely. I can imagine this being a fun and lively spot during the ski period.

Shred Life Eco Hostel I’m giving Zach 5 stars. Because he’s a beautiful human who cares about people. He takes his hostel seriously and is constantly working on projects and cleaning up after people. The kitchen access was wonderful, fully stocked to cook a meal. The hiker shelves were great. We found shampoo and conditioner and even some brand new razors. Laudry available on site was greatly appreciated with all the soap, oxyclean and dryer sheets that you needed. The girls bunk room was nicely made up with clean linens and fresh towels provided. Everyone was nice and respectful. We were able to leave our belongings in lockers while we slack packed. Zach even called us on trail to see if we were okay after it had gotten dark. Finding ShredLife was an absolute game changer for my multiple trips to CO! The staff was super friendly and accommodating :) There’s so much fun things to do in Dillon and when there’a nothing going on in town, the ShredLife community will have events whether it’s movie night, game night, art night or some other fun activity! The beds are very comfortable and the space is super clean. They even have bikes available to take out for a nice bike ride in the beautiful mountain scenery! 10/10 Highly recommend staying here!

Super cool experience here at this hostel! The people were welcoming and friendly so much so it felt like a little community. Some of the people here have been there for a couple weeks or so, where they know the good spots (like hot springs!) to show an out-of-towner around. It's close to the Dillon Amphitheater, which had a free show the night I was staying & went to it with some of the guys from the hostel. There's a few marinas nearby for some SUP, Kayaking & boating too. Cute town, good people, awesome sunsets! I'd recommend.

Shred life Eco is cooler than a polar bear's toenails!! We stayed two days in the yellow room, and it was absolutely awesome! Everybody there is so friendly, coffee in the mornings was fantastic, with 3 bathrooms I never felt rushed. They have everything you could ask for to watch on tv. I really cant say enough good about this place, Zach does an amazing job, and shout out to Carlos, keep it up guys !😎♥️
