Perfect Stay, Steps from the Beach! Everything about our stay was excellent—from the location (the beach is just a short walk away!) to the rooms, cleanliness, and service. The atmosphere was relaxing, the noise level minimal, and the amenities made our stay extra comfortable. Peter and Denise are attentive and welcoming, ensuring your stay is both comfortable. Denise’s breakfasts go far beyond coffee and muffins—you’ll be delighted! Great value too! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

This was our 5th time staying at Ship's Knees in Orleans. My wife & I basically get 1 week of vacation a year to go somewhere and Cape Cod is always our destination and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else but Ship's Knees. It has become a home away from home for us & that's about the highest compliment we could give. Peter & Denise are so warm & welcoming. Nice value added's include the outdoor firepit, free breakfast each morning & fire logs. We highly, highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This is my second stay at the Inn. I have been in two separate petite queen rooms and they were both very pleasant for a single traveler. The rooms are clean and charming. The bathrooms are modern and pleasant. The breakfast is very ample and they provide decaf and regular coffee. The decaf is very good. The Inn is a short walk away from Nauset Beach and I really enjoy that. I just got back from an evening walk down there to see the moonrise. It was spectacular. You could even faintly see the Milky Way. They have a hammock in the yard under a tree for lounging. I can't say enough about the Inn or the owner Peter. I will continue to return. We just finished up another enjoyable long weekend at Ships Knees Inn. We've been visiting for the past 15 years, and it's always a pleasure to enjoy a Cape Cod weekend with Innkeepers Denise & Peter at this delightful inn. ||We've found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for, and there is a nice pool area as well. The Inn itself is located just a short walk from Nauset Beach, which is super convenient. The town of Orleans has nice shopping and plenty of dining options as well. ||Denise puts together a wonderful breakfast each morning with a rotation of delicious baked goods and other treats. This charming Inn is a special place to me. The owners, Peter and Denise are wonderful and kind, very welcoming. I wish I could have stayed longer. I love Nauset Beach. It’s a gorgeous beach, my favorite. I was there mid September so parking at the Beach was free. You can definitely walk to the beach from the Inn. They provide beach chairs, beach towels, a delicious wonderfully prepared continental breakfast daily. There is a beautiful in ground swimming pool on site. I met some great guests while there and enjoyed sitting around the gas outdoor firepit with guests in the evening. The atmosphere is relaxing. I can’t say enough.
