What a wonderful place to stay! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The home had everything we could possibly need (and more), the property was beautiful and had easy to navigate trails. It was very secluded and private with beautiful views and lots of opportunities for wildlife viewing. It’s just outside of town but incredibly easy to navigate the roads to all sorts of attractions. Great hosts and hope to visit again soon!

We absolutely loved our time away. What we loved the most no cell service it was truly a get away. S'more by the fire, walks along the creek and hikes up the mountains. Beautiful place definitely going back.

Super special and quiet place. It was fabulous for my boys to walk out the door and hop on their dirt bikes. I spent most of my time on the enclosed porch. Christina recommended a wonderful fishing guide who picked up just down the road. I image this place would be a dream in the fall or winter when the Arkansas heat subsides. Christina went to great lengths to ensure our comfort and a wonderful trip. You won't frequently find a host like this. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was Exceptionally clean, comfortable and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Crickets, frogs and the occasional lone howl of a wandering coyote made up the tranquil sounds of the evening as we enjoyed time around the fire pit. In the morning, while we sipped our coffee on the screened lanai, we enjoyed watching the light early fog drift through the meadow while deer grazed. Our stay was Absolutely relaxing and we WILL be back. Next time we will bring the side by side and hit the trails that were available. Thank you Shipps Landing Hosts for an amazing stay!

Absolutely Amazing! Stayed here for our 28th anniversary. Quiet, clean, and spacious! Stunning views and great trails in the beautiful ozark Mountains. 100 % would recommend!
