Rim Shoals Resort

So cozy and clean. Really close to the river; you can feel the cool breezes off the water. Cabin 3 has everything you need, including a very comfortable queen bed and ceiling fans in each room. Secluded, yet just a short drive from groceries and restaurants. We spent hours everyday on the covered deck watching the abundance of wildlife: bald eagles, blue birds, deer, and groundhogs. The owner is very polite and responsive. We will return. So happy we found this small quiet resort. It was perfect for us.

Clean, good communication. Really everything you would expect for small cabins on a fishing river. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Been going here for years now. Nice cabins, good boats to rent. You are right in front of the catch and release area with huge trout. You can also just go up a bit and drift back and catch all the trout you want to keep.

This place was great! Had a very comfortable stay. We have been here twice and for our current stay we encountered a complication that Abe was very professional about. He solved our issue even though we called him at 10 at night to come help us. You guys have gained a repeat customer, looking forward to my next fishing trip here!

Parked our Oliver Travel Trailer at RimShoals for an anticipated, we hoped, 6 days of flyfishing. The Dams on the White did not cooperate but we were prepared to fish elsewhere and we did. We love the location and ambience of this resort. Close to Mountain Home, but we enjoyed shopping at the small grocery in nearby Gassville, getting coffee at Momentum and eating pizza from a little restaurant across the street from the grocery. We unfortunately lost power for a few hours due to a bad storm, so did not get to use the nearby laundromat which was highly recommended. Rim Shoals is very friendly and low key, thanks to Abe who manages the resort. He is very knowledgeable about the fishing and the area in general.
