We have been coming down to the lake for over 20 years and Fish and Fiddle is one of if not the best resorts we have stayed in. The property is perfect, clean and children friendly. The rooms are updated and clean but also comfortable. The boat docks are maintained and easy to access. The caretakers are some of the nicest people you will come across. They will make sure you have everything you need and you are happy. I cannot say enough about how perfect this resort is. If you are thinking about renting a cabin, don’t hesitate, the word is spreading fast how great this place is.

We stayed in the house at the entrance. Wow! It was spacious and completely new inside with incredibly comfortable beds and furniture. New appliances and cabinetry too. And so clean it sparkled. Loved the large vanity and shower in the master bathroom. Huge walk-in closet and plenty of storage and shelving so you can make yourself at home. Tasteful decor as well. And Bill was a phone call away to take care of all our needs. The lake was up high and the ramp was closed, so he accompanied us to a nearby marina and helped us launch on their ramp, which was also under water. This is a family friendly place with a nice pool in the center.

Our first trip to Fish and Fiddle won’t be our last. The cabins are somewhat rustic, but clean and functional. We stayed in Cabin #6. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but it appears there’s the necessary dishes, utensils, pans, etc. if you want to cook. There aren’t any spices or condiments, so bring anything like that you need. There were nice bath towels and sheets. The a/c worked well. There’s a nice game room, clean pool, outdoor activities including shuffleboard, horse shoes, basketball ball hoop and volleyball net. There’s a covered boat dock included with a swimming area/ladder at the lake which is close but a pretty rough road. The resort just changed hands in June 2022. Mike and his parents, Denny and Sue, are like cousins you didn’t know about. They are so accommodating. We really

It was a wonderful resort! I am so glad we got to spend a week here. The drive down to the dock is a bit steep, but everything else is amazing and updated. The owners are very helpful and kind, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Jacelyn and Bill!

I absolutely love this place. I hate leaving. Never a bad time to visit. It is always beautiful. Bill and Jacelyn (and Bosco) are the best. I can't wait for my next trip.
