This is one of our go-to hotels when we visit the city. It’s a really good place. Rooms have views, the M Club breakfast room, happy hour and snacks is a nice touch. Housekeeping is attentive and the place is safe and clean. ||So I wish the rooms were slightly more renovated? Sure! But do I really care since we mainly come back to wash up and sleep? No!||Canal Street is fun with all the weird fake shopping and we love being between SoHo and Tribeca as a location and the train lines are close by. ||We really appreciate the hard-working staff and totally would stay again!

I spent my New Year's Eve trip at this hotel in NYC, and it was genuinely fantastic. The staff was both professional and welcoming, offering bottled water and popcorn during check-in. The rooms were spotless, and we enjoyed access to the club lounge with a spectacular view. A particular highlight was Marcos’s friendly, hospitable, and professional interaction with guests. Located on Canal Street, it's very close to the subway (R, N, Q, W) entrance, and nearby Little Italy and Chinatown are easily accessible. I definitely plan to stay here again soon. I highly recommend this hotel and rate it a perfect 10 stars. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was super super soft and great to sleep in. The location was in walking distance of almost everything we needed. I am very upset that flowers were delivered to me on a Saturday. When my roommate went down on SUNDAY because her key was no longer working, the girl suddenly remembered that they had flowers that were delivered for us. I don’t know how in the world someone can get an expensive bouquet of flowers delivered, and then the hotel fails to notify you.

I normally never leave bad reviews but this is solely because the front desk manager Sabrina was very rude during our check in. We had a 2 day reservation in which we couldn’t check in the first night. I called the hotel directly that I will make it the next day. He mentioned he would check us in and we can simply come in the next day to check in. However, he didn’t relay the message and our reservation was considered a no show. I’m very understanding to a business’ protocol but the way Sabrina accused us of never calling the hotel and was very rude to us about the whole situation. She said she couldn’t do anything about our reservation and to rebook it on our own. I even shared a call log that I spoke to someone and she still accused us of making it up. As a manager, we expected better se
