Sheraton San Diego Resort

Positive: It is always a great choice if you're flying out of SAN because of its proximity to the airport. The Bayview tower has nice views and unless the Navy across the bay is particularly active it will be peaceful Negative: Not really, the rooms were just in needs of some updates. The property in this tower (not the main tower) seemed a little aged, albeit clean and in good repair. Also, $50 per night for parking seems unreasonable.

Beautiful resort! Great location, the airport is convenient but also loud. I suggest staying in the main tower if possible, the new, smaller side building rooms aren’t build with the same noise protection. Still loved the hotel and the front desk staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is directly across the street from the airport, and you wouldn’t even know because you can’t hear the airplanes. The hotel is literally next or near to everything. What a great facility. They have several places to eat at. They also have a nice pool area and a great workout facility. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. We had a great view of the harbor.

Excellent service, very accommodating to my frail mother who had just been discharged from ER. The view from the room was unmatched. We had buffet breakfast at Rumorosa the morning after. Food was delicious! Ara (who is in charge of the omelette station) provided the BEST service. She brightened up my mom’s day and made her feel taken care of. Will definitely recommend and return!

I just want to take a moment to recognize how amazing the hospitality at this hotel has been. I accidentally locked myself out of my room, and the staff quickly sent someone to help me get back in. They asked all the right identity questions to make sure I was actually a guest(on the phone), which I really appreciated from a security standpoint. Later, I mentioned that I needed toothpaste and asked if I could stop by in the morning to grab some. Instead, they immediately sent someone up to my room with toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash. That small gesture honestly made my night. The level of hospitality, service, and attention to detail here has been outstanding. The staff has been absolutely amazing!
