My girlfriend and I go here every weekend on our date night. The staff here is phenomenal. Shout out to Eric and Juan and Victor at the front desk. They take care of us every time. They make us feel welcome and that our business is appreciated. Our rooms have always been very clean and no funny smells. The staff in the kitchen have always been polite and helpful and the food is good. Try the garlic truffle fries. 🔥We really appreciate everything they have done for us there. We definitely recommend staying here. Thanks again guys. We appreciate you. See you next Sunday.
Great hotel. Great staff. Eric at the front desk checked us in. Really nice guy. I think he's checked us in before. We've stayed here a couple times now and pretty sure this is our main stay in san diego. We have stayed at other places in hotel circle does not compare. Had the breakfast buffet| Good spread, kids loved it.
Nice hotel! They have a restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool that is up to 5ft deep, a hottub and access to the fitness center next door for all guests. The rooms are larger and very clean, the bathroom was smaller but adequate, the staff were so friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very inviting to everyone. The rooms offered hairdryers, refrigerator, air purifier, clothing iron and board, large desk and a large mirror. I would definitely recommend this place to others. We had short drives to get to the USS Midway museum, the Gas Lamp Quarter, a farmers/street market and old town which offered the tour of the Whaley House. We even used a Lyft one night and only had to wait about 6 minutes for our ride. They have large suites that made it the perfect location for the conference I
Positive: location Negative: The rooms are outdated, and there are stains on the carpets in the rooms and hallways. There is a $28 charge for parking in their parking lot; hotels charging for parking in their own lots is ridiculous.
Great full service hotel right in Mission Valley. It's a little bit hidden, but not hard to get to. It's an older building but it certainly appears well maintained and the rooms have all the modern amenities you'd expect and plenty of plugs that are easy to get to. Everyone I've encountered from the staff are super friendly and eager to assist. My only complaint: the glass cover on the desk stops an optical mouse right on its tracks. Bring a mouse pad, or use a notebook or something.
