Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

I checked in today and Miss Elise was absolutely kind and welcoming. Because of the construction going on in the lobby she went out of her way to show me the quickest way to get to my room. It's the little things that make employees stand out. Please give Miss Elise all the consideration that she deserves.

Stayed here for a family reunion an absolutely loved it. The pool is absolutely amazing, and one of the reasons we selected it. The hotel is a little closer to Harrisburg than Hershey, but it’s a short drive to most attractions in the area. Hotel offers a pretty decent breakfast service in their on-site restaurant; lunch and dinner options were a little more limited when we visited. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Hotel is good property , little difficult to navigate inside as the lobby level is at 3rd level Nicely located on the way to Washington. Room are not specious but comfortable.toilet also constraints of space. Bed comfortable .Matracees too comfortable.Corner sofa chair is relaxing experience linen clean Over all haygenic and clean property

We reserved two rooms that were connected; one with two full beds for our boys and one with a queen bed for us and they were perfect. The rooms were clean and fresh. The price was also reasonable considering it was during a long holiday weekend. The service was also pleasant, curtious and attentive. The breakfast- simply delicious! They are in the middle of remodeling but it is sectioned off and wasn't any issue for us. We enjoyed our stay! We recommend staying at the Sheraton for anyone and for any reason.

I attended a conference at this hotel in late March 2022. The hotel staff were a highlight - warm, friendly, welcoming, Vicki at the front desk was excellent. The conference food was pretty good - a bit above average in my experience for hotel conference dining. The Dog and Pony Lounge for breakfast and evening drinks was warm, with a friendly vibe, as opposed to sleek and sterile. I liked it. My double room was a bit small, but really only the bathroom size irked me - needed to be 6"-12" deeper and wider. I hear of hotel staffing shortages nationwide, and suspect the optional maid service (free upon the guest's request) is due at least in part to that. I'm neat enough and don't like daily towel replacements, etc, due to environmental reasons anyway. I felt the price was reasonable fo
