Sheraton Eatontown Hotel

If I could rate this stay lower than one star, I would.|I stayed at the Sheraton for a professional conference, and the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived.||The parking lot and signage were the first problems.|There were only two vague signs pointing toward the building, and the parking lot itself is a confusing maze with inadequate lighting and no clear directions to the lobby. I drove around multiple times in the dark trying to locate the entrance and kept ending up farther away. When I asked the front desk for help, I was repeatedly told to “just go around the building,” which would have left me walking alone at night with no idea where the lobby actually was. I finally escalated to a manager, whose solution was simply, “You’ll see the back door. I’ll wait

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton in Eatontown! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Sara P went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was incredibly attentive, respectful, and genuinely warm from the moment I arrived. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made a lasting impression. Thank you, Sara P, for providing such excellent service and making my stay so pleasant. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed here two nights for The Load’s wedding! It is a large hotel that had a very busy weekend. The staff was good, but wasn’t attentive to a 5 star level due to the hectic atmosphere(understandable). The lobby-level bar area was well suited for the sizable crowd. The comfy beds, versatile lighting, and overall cleanliness made the room good, but the cucking setup made the room great! We were upgraded to a room that featured both a chair and couch; perfect for entertainment and playful involvement! I’ve been thinking of taking a few days for myself after the holidays to recharge, focus up, and figure out who took the life of Nicole Brown Simpson. I think this location would be perfect for that, so don’t be surprised to see me back in town soon! A big congratulations to the happy couple,

Check in was easy, amenities were fantastic and the room was very spacious. We had a double Queen room with a couch and our family of 3 felt there was a nice amount of room to space out. The free amenities are also top notch! We ordered robes, slippers, toothbrushes & toothpaste which made our stay much cozier and comfortable for our family. Service was wonderful and the on-site breakfast buffet dining option was very helpful. The gym and pool areas were clean and awesome for our family stay. We enjoyed it very much!

I had my wedding here and ANGEL, RAYNA, HEDI made all my dreams come true! I couldn’t have had a better team to work with! They made my wedding run smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure I can fully embrace the day. From Heidi planning everything from start to finish with me to Angels attentiveness making sure all the transitions run smoothly and setting up all my “do it yourself” decor, breaking everything down and boxing it up on a bell cart ready to go for the next day to Rayna butting up my train, collecting my heels & handing me a glass of champagne right after my ceremony. You all went above and beyond to make sure I can fully attend the day and not have to worry about a single thing except being in the moment and enjoying myself.
