Homewood Suites by Hilton Eatontown

I had a great stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was great, the linens were fresh, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The layout was practical, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were okay - ours had a leak under the sink in the kitchen that had to be fixed. Definitely had to break out some allergy medicine during the stay - unsure if it was a pet smell from a previous guest or mustiness from the leak under the sink. Breakfast was not good at all on any day, really. Potatoes were okay and some of the bananas were ripe, so that was good. Apples were soft and the rest didn't look edible. Location was okay -easy access to what we needed. Common areas were nice. One of two elevators was down for a majority of our stay. Overall would likely not stay here again.

Positive: Great breakfast with Much variety, Stainless steel cookware, good quality towels, friendly and competent staff, price during the week was a great value. Negative: We experienced no negatives at this hotel. The weekend rates However, we’re quite expensive. We stayed here for six nights, but not over the weekend.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We found a bug in our room and, despite having photos and the hotel’s own guarantee, we were not offered any compensation. They simply moved us to another room and acted as if that was enough. On top of that, when we asked for a bottle of water the next day, we were told we would be charged—even though one was given to us at check-in. Every single person at the front desk had an attitude and was unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. There was no empathy, no effort to make things right, and no concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Really good. Very clean hotel which I appreciate. Staff is friendly and efficient. There was a little bit of noise from the fridge but its a nice little hotel. As with all Hiltons the beds are mediocre but fine. Cost is a wee bit high, for what you get but in all a great stay.
