Customer Reviews
I recently held a company retreat at the Sheraton for about 90 people. We needed several breakout rooms, one large room for us all, and of course breakfast and lunch. Alyssa with the catering/sales staff was great to work with. The rest of the team on hand was great as well and very helpful. Our event went off without a hitch and overall it was a productive day thanks to Sheraton and their crew. It was a great value and offered a great corporate and professional atmosphere, convenient to our location/office.
Positive: Indoor pool its has many floors Negative: The TV channels didnt come in and there were not that many
I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I’m actually a so-called elite member but it didn’t help at all. Despite the friendly staff, the overall experience was marred by several shortcomings. The carpets appear to be outdated (think of the 1990s or so) and in clear need of replacement. Inconveniently, the coffee quality was subpar. You pay hundreds for one night and you end up with very poor quality of coffee. How about that??!! Additionally, breakfast hours were not adhered to, causing inconvenience. I go to the dining area at the time the suppose to open, only to wait and wait some more until someone comes and says if you want coffee just go up to the 14th floor we just put some up there. You wonder how management is in this “fancy” hotels and whether it really means anythi
Rooms were fine, nothing special, they have signs in their bathrooms of what everything costs should something go missing. My issue with this property is the Lounge. It has unique hours and not open Friday and Saturday. Also a lot of the food is expired. They had sun chips, I grabbed a bag, bite into one and then checked the expiration date... expired. For breakfast I grabbed two peanut butters...expired in 2024, I grabbed two Nutella packets...expired over a month ago...don't offer me an amenity and then insult me with expired stuff. Either you want to offer it, or your don't. Everything else about the stay was fine.
Booked because of the location being advertised as walkable to Sesame Place. It’s not. Crossing multiple busy lanes of traffic with no crosswalk with a toddler isn’t practical. It’s a quick drive though for what it’s worth. As for the the hotel itself though- we opted to have a microwave in our room for an additional fee. It took about 6 hours to get it brought to the room. Also there is no breakfast included- not even a banana. The common area (hallways) were really dirty- smashed food on the floor that was there for three days without being cleaned. The pool was a little dirty and the rooms were marginally clean. The biggest issue is towels. We had one towel in our room the entire time for three people. I requested towels multiple times and promised them but they never came. There are n
