Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE - Langhorne by IHG

Love this hotel. It’s super close to Sesame Place. We had a great stay. The room is very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfy and ac runs great. Breakfast was good. They kept it fully stocked. Our kids enjoyed their chocolate milk. Their coffee machine is on 24/7. My only complaint is they have filtered water just in the fitness room. It would have been more convenient if it’s available right next to the coffee machine. Other than that, it was a great stay! Will definitely book again if we go back to Sesame Place!

I can’t say enough good things. Such a welcoming staff. Shefali is so pleasant and accommodating. Always a great experience checking in with her. The gentlemen are also very nice and helpful at the front desk. The rooms are always nice and clean. Housekeeping makes sure your room is ready and cozy for your stay. Breakfast has many choices and is well maintained by wonderful and attentive staff. Overall best place to stay in the area!

We have stayed here twice before and we’re happy with everything. When we were going to that area again, we rebooked. It is close to all of the places we needed to go to.

I’m not really sure who the men are that work this location but they are always so helpful. The night shift lead black man with locs and the Indian man that work the morning sometimes, they took care of my husband and I. As we are truck drivers, we never know when we will need an emergency stay. With our boss living in this location, he makes it so easy for us to walk and present nothing but our identification and just like that, we are cozy out the snow! That’s the experience we are seeking in every business we deal with! Thank you IHG! Thank you night staff men! Y’all need to give them more money because they do more than just customer care, they made us feel at home! That’s worth the raise, don’t type think? Holiday Inn can afford it.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location. Staff is pleasant and professional. Overall cleanliness is good. Rooms leave a little to be desired. Sparsely furnished. The bed (king size) was just a thin mattress on a wooden box base and was lumpy and hard as a rock. I could have pitched a tent and slept on the ground in more comfort!
