Shenandoah Stars cabin

I'm really glad I found this place! Very peaceful and affordable (especially off season). Unlimited wood included, all necessities already in the cabin, warm and most importantly clean.

Best location on the river for canoeing! River is right out the back door.

We visit this area every summer, this was our first time staying @ Shenandoah Stars, and we were not disappointed. The layout of the cabin was spacious enough, our family of 5 and 1 dog had plenty of room and didn't feel like we were right on top of eachother. The screened porch with hot tub was very nice on late nights, we were able to enjoy ourselves without the light attracting all the bugs. The fire pit was beautifully placed within view of the river, perfect to relax around the fire and enjoy all the scenery. We were catfishing @ night and the flood lights off the back porch really helped illuminate the area for better viewing-- next time we will be sure to bring enough flashlights, as it was still fairly hard to see down by the river. Great cabin. Good for 🔥 and hot tub. Comfy bed and clean.
