Shawnee Pines Lodging

Tommi and Thad truly have a little haven here. They are absolutely great hosts! It is so cozy and welcoming if you are looking for a time to unwind, unplug and relax. Waylon, the cabin dog as I call him is the sweetest. He is always around the property to meet and greet. We all enjoyed kayaking around the pond, campfires at night and sweet time with family! I think one of the best things was being able to bring our dogs and them roam and play. They loved the pond too. Can't recommend enough and am ready to go back soon!

Shawnee Pines is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has so many things to do nearby and several things to do right on the property. Whether it's walking the trails, swimming in the pond, or making s'mores by the fire- you are sure to find ways to have fun here. One of the best parts is being able to bring our dog who enjoys being off leash and swimming. Tommi is a wonderful host answering questions and providing the perfect getaway.

The host is very nice, the cabin was nice, just not what we were expecting. Cabin 3. Can't rate the other cabins.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Shawnee Pines! The cabin was immaculately clean and had all the kitchen necessities. There are multiple trails to explore and best of all, the peace and quiet is therapeutic! This is a perfect retreat for couples or even a long overdue family reunion. Thad and Tommi are gracious hosts and we felt right at home, having the freedom to bring our dog, Max with us. He had the time of his life following the cabin dog, Waylon around the property. We will be back!

Stayed here for the first time. The cabin was very beautiful and very very clean. The kitchen had all kinds of cookware. If you enjoy having coffee on the porch in the early morning this is the spot. Has a nice grill for cooking as well. The owner was very pleasant and treated you like family. I will be looking forward to my next visit. Thank you again for the best weekend in a long time.
