Worst living experience ever!!!!roaches mice ....horrible all the way around rude owner never met somebody whose just plain rude ask took all my money and then just kicked me out do not rent from them unless u want to be living with mice n roaches bed bugs somebody needs to call the health department asap

Look I'm not one to judge a place by the looks but this place is not any where near close to suitable place for living especially for a child, not to mention if your an attractive young girl walking around there, better keep your head high n keep watch of who's around you, I have had multiple times now been stopped by almost every man driving or in there mobile homes or just at the corner of the one of the liquor stores or bars, and was asked to be paid for the night with them! Hands down worst spot on the south side (off Lake) Anyways.

Need better managment

I not only live here but am a home owner here. Have been here for 3 years and can say place does need some work but management is slowly getting the problem people out.

Study not very homey feeling very strong feeling of hatred there and anger everybody seems to always be mad or always trying to come up with reasons to get mad at you and it's everybody should be friendly
