Shamrock Motel & Cottages

Stayed one night. The room was clean and had what we needed for an overnight. Outside we played shuffle board and used the beach. They had a small game room that my kids liked with darts, ping pong, some board games and a TV. Also 2 elliptical machines. It was nice and quiet and we would stay there again.

We loved the peace and quiet this location provided. Our cabin was very close to the beach and had a nice view of the lake. The cabin was equipped with everything, clean and a very good value for your money. The grounds are kept up beautifully. If you like fluffier pillows bring your own and if you like firm mattresses you’ll be comfortable here. Had a nice stay.. We recommend !

This Motel and it's owners will always hold a place in my heart after the wonderful generosity shown to my boyfriend and myself, during our stay. This is a beautiful property with comfortable, very clean rooms. There is so much to do. They offer a beach, small boat rentals, playground, and other lawn games. The motel is just a short walk from some cute stores, cafe, and ice cream shop. Tim and his wife are gracious hosts and seem genuinely good hearted. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

I enjoyed staying at the Shamrock Motel. First off, it was very clean and well kept. No musty smells. The heat was tuned on and worked very well, which was great for this was a lake fall visit and the temp was in the 40o's. The price per night was very fair only $85. The lady who owns the place took you to your room an asked if it was to my approval. Nice polite touch. I asked her about a new place that had opened for dinner and she got on the phone to make sure it was open that evening. My room had a nice view of the lake. They also have a nice beach and boat dock. You can rent kayaks and canoes.

We've been coming here since 1973. Love the beautiful location and the town of Long Lake is so friendly! Motel and cottages are clean and comfy. Free wifi, lots to do in the area, beautiful dock and beach for swimming, fishing, boating, and kayaking. Highly recommend the Shamrock!!
