Shadeland Inn

Lobby smells like weed. The place is freezing cold hardly any heat. Rooms are trash picked this place because it was close to the site I was working at I 100% regret staying here . I recommend to anyone to not stay here at all.

Disgusting hotel, super sketchy. Didn't even stay for one night but they got our credit card information. We tried to cancel but they charged us for the full five nights for two rooms which was over $1200 USD. Then I said I wanted access to those rooms and to see if they were already rented out and they wouldn't even give me access even though we were paying for them anyway. So far Motel 6 parent company will not help us get a refund for unused nights. Run from this company. I have never seen anything like it. In my opinion, they are criminals.

The hotel was clean and my room was ready when I got there. I see alot if reviews praising Peggy ( because she tells everybody too) But the star if the show is Leslie . She can run the place by herself. She is great!! I would go back again and again based on her alone !!!

This is the BEST Motel to use as a Backdrop location for your Fine Art Photography. While it's not necessarily the coziest around, it's cheap and I think you can rent by the hour. The bed cover was dark browns with hues of saturated dark orange, there was a plastic cover underneath the clean bed sheet that made a creepy noise when you moved on them and of course, they were conducive to sweating, which may help with your model's demeanor. The bathroom was fine, although it appeared there were corpse flies buzzing above the tub drain, the towels were clean. The walls are a dark conifer green and compliment a redhead's hair and skin tone. The staff was amenable enough, but we only stayed for a couple of hours so I never mingled with them at all. The other guests were friendly enough, no fear

I was there for 2 weeks and never did I get my sheets changed, even though I asked. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper and that was difficult because the staff didn't speak English. I saw roaches in the hallway and found one in my room. The desk in the room was located by the wall with no outlet so I had to do my work on my bed. No elevator. Sometimes people being very noisy at night.
