Shade Hotel Redondo Beach

Unbelievable Location!! We had a dinner party celebration in the Horizon room and the outside balconies over looking the harbor and the sunset were very special!! The food and service were first rate! Collette and Mia did an incredible job planning the night and we’re always available for all my questions. Several of our guest commented on the lovely hotel rooms and indicated they would visit again. Wonderful night, we highly recommend the Shade Redondo!!

Great Wonderful Experience- Mini Vacation! Highly recommend for a get away. Right on the Redondo Beach Marina. Walk or ride bikes around the Marina. Bikes provided for free. Great hotel service! Food from Sea Level Restaurant so good!

I recently stayed with a girlfriend for a quick weekend getaway and Shade Redondo Beach was the perfect place! We were able to walk to many sites and restaurants, we loved enjoying coffee with the view of the marina, the rooms were perfect for two - the bathrooms had so much room and a wonderful shower! We enjoyed dining at the onsite restaurant as well. When we are back in Southern California, we will definitely stay with Shade again and encourage our friends and family to as well!

My husband and I were initially debating between this hotel and the other one across the street - Sonesta - we ended up choosing sonesta and once we stepped foot in there, we immediately regretted it. Shade hotel had availability that same day and we ended up switching to this hotel and it was the best decision ever. The customer service by Peter was really great, Rachel too. They even offer bicycles for you to go up and down the beaches or wherever your heart desires. The seat was a bit wonky for my husband but there was a worker on site who noticed and approached us and fixed it up for him no problem! It was really nice. The room itself is lovely, LED lights, a huge mini bar/snacks and the tub on the balcony - WOW. what an incredible touch. There was some mold on the ceiling in a few spo
