Seralago hotel

Sad this hotel closed. My family and I first started staying there in 2014. Never ever had an issue. Walking distance to everything. Great staff. Good food. Good prices.

This hotel was ok stayed there when me and my fiance was in Florida on vacation.But the things they say they have they don't have a restaurant in there room service sucks we was there 2 weeks one time and 2 weeks another not one time did any house keeper come to our room ask if we needed anything the furniture out dated water gets cold sometimes the back of the motel looks like the projects..There has to be a better way.Thabk u for viewing see for yourself

Went here for 18 years and never had a bad experience with them. They made Orlando accessible to the lower middle class family and the rooms were always clean if dated. To hear they developed bed bugs and are closed is sad. So many good memories made there though.

The location is the best part of this place. I would have given higher, but we told them that the heater was not working 4 times, and 4 times we were told that they would fix it. The temp was in the 40's and 50's overnight. No TV remote, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower. I understand that things happen and people forget to do their jobs, but when you tell someone that you will fix the issue, YOU FIX THE ISSUE! All they did was blame everyone else.

Built ages ago, never changed even the furniture in the rooms. No shower curtains in the bathroom. If you take a shower, the bath is a complete mess. A lot of small flys around the room. Doubts about basic cleaning here. The pillows, are just awful. The beds are from the 60s too. Not coming back. Ever!
