SENZA Hotel

I’m a working mom finally get sometime to have a getaways trip with my sister which we only have this type of trip once a year . I paid extra to book vineyard king suite and really looking forward to the vineyard view. But when I see the room, exciting feeling was replaced by shock. There is an ugly structure block the view. This hotel is next to freeway and it’s a bit noisy . I still give them 3 stars cos staffs are friendly and food is decent ( recommend avocado toast). If you want to stay here just don’t book vineyard room.

We had the best time celebrating our honeymoon in Napa with Senza! Our stay was absolute perfection. When we checked in, our first room had an issue with the fireplace and the Senza team quickly worked with us and changed our room to ensure we had a proper stay. The location, amenities, and service was 10/10! We can’t wait to come back to visit! We had both a garden room and vineyard room and both were perfect. There was construction in the vineyards but it didn’t impede our stay.

Senza is a fantastic boutique hotel, nestled near Hwy. 29, yet lots of privacy. A delightful experience, nice rooms and great shower, with resort robes.||The pool and jacuzzi are spacious and well maintained. It is close to downtown Napa, while still feeling like a retreat. The staff is very warm and attentive. Luis, Soualio, and Karen made us feel at home.

Our room was spacious and super comfortable. Great pillows and loved the fireplace and the private deck. Really a lovely space and our room was huge--our daughter joined us at the last minute so we upgraded to two beds and we had room to spare--even if she is a bit messy LOL.

Fantastic location with a very cool design set in the heart of the Napa Valley. Conveniently located walking distance from one of Napa’s best restaurants Don Giovani. The restaurant at the Senza is very good too. There are many wineries nearby, like a really great boutique winery we discovered-Fortunati. Great staff attitude as well. Special shout out to the Manager Karen she was great. Definitely stay here.
