Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta

We had an unforgettable stay celebrating a birthday, and this hotel truly delivered a five-star experience in every way. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Gift at the front desk, the service was exceptional. Our room was immaculate and Shelley made sure it was an unforgettable experience with special meaningful touches. Every interaction, including a special surprise by Shelley and Tina at breakfast were sincere and incredibly meaningful. The thoughtful touches made it clear they genuinely cared about their guests. We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate and can't wait to return!

Positive: Definitely the staff and the hotels location will make me return. Negative: The rooms were nothing special. Missing a good bit of amenities I’m used to having in a hotel of this ranking. (No microwave, no mini bar, TV Guide)

I was worried that this hotel would be hard to get too with all the construction utensils it was well worth the trip. I went there for a business trip and honestly its the only place I want to stay at now. I was on the 7th floor and the stay couldn't have been nicer. The staff was very friendly, very responsive and actually looked to enjoy helping people. The rooms was large enough and very clean. The air conditioner worked well, the shower was large with excellent pressure. Plenty of towels, basically when you show up you dont need to ask for anything. I cant say enough good things about this location. The catered our event and the food was also very good. It has a great view of the Braves stadium.

Really cool property and location, with the Braves stadium and Battery full of restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and the service is great! Just some minor annoyances such as the TV having only two working channels (?), the in-room phone wasn't working, the power outlets in the nightstand fall out, and they only provide sample-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The Braves side of the hotel is loud at almost all hours, so if you're a light sleeper, request the parking lot side.

I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite, the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. We brought in the New year in our room with a view of the Battery. It was amazing! ||There lobby was decorated with Christmas decor and before our departure on New years day (it was very busy) the staff remained calm and we were also offered coffee and treats while we waited for our car.
