Gustavo at the front desk was amazing and so helpful. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and perfect for our stay during spring training. We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends.
Location is fine, and apartment "hotel" was very clean. Everything else is why the future sucks and a regular hotel will keep your blood pressure down. All these new apartment "hotels" have limited to no real staff, so check in is all on you. The simple days are gone and before arrival you have to "app register" and fill out all the BS, scan you ID, estimate your arrival time, receive more instructions etc.... Then you have to fugure out the parking situation and "app register again" pay another 26 dollars then estimate your arrival time again, receive more instructions including license plate information and picking a spot number in a garage you've never seen and locate the "north gate entrance" and use the app just to open the garage up.... The future is so dystopian and has no human
HUGE WARNING: The doors do not lock automatically. Always scan your fob and turn the knob before leaving. I booked through Chase. At check-in, I was told to complete it on my phone — which would’ve been fine if I’d received a text or email ahead of time (I didn’t). Staff were friendly, but I wonder what would happen if someone refused to use their phone? There’s no parking up front. I had to park in a tow-away zone to check in, and the guy just said, “Yeah, that’s fine.” The listing said “covered parking,” but it ended up costing about $20 per day, and I had to install an app I didn’t trust. It was kind of cool using my phone to open the garage, and my car felt safe there, but still frustrating. At first, things seemed okay… until I got to the room. In the elevator, I met new residents
This entire bldg is amazing! It has a rooftop area, pool, exercise area, and the rooms are literally a few feet from Olde Town! Definitely walking distance!!!! ( did I mention right across from fashion square mall?) ;)
Good hotel. Great customer service. Rooms are well maintained and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Not the traditional hotel most are used to. I would stay here again.
