Senton Hotel

The hotel is nice, the staff is excellent. The only suggestion I have, considering the price you pay, is that there's no heating, or it's difficult to get hot water for showering, and the TVs have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. For these reasons, I'm not giving it 5 stars.

I was very happy staying at the Senton Hotel on 39W 27th Street it was like home away from home very friendly atmosphere the staff was very helpful and welcoming they all treated me with respect can't wait to go back because I was very happy there i felt like I was at home Thanks to all the wonderful people there they were very friendly

Great except for the Decor of the Rooms. Feels like you have traveled back in time. Rooms are however, spacious as compared to most rooms at similar places.

I stayed in room 309 The rooms are horrible. Roaches in the bathroom broken table broken refrigerator broken ac. The windows don't have locks dresser broken. I basically had to beg housekeeping to come upstairs and bring me new towels and soap. And when she bought the towels they were dingy. The guy at the front desk during the day is rude and has no customer service skills.. We had to ask for roach spray for the bathroom twice. The shower curtain is filthy and the sink in the bathroom is being held by 2 pieces of wood. The bottom line is this hotel is shitty and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 0 stars Ill never stay here again Not worth the money.

Great 👍 place and I have been booking and renting rooms here for 3 decades now Amen
