Our stay at Senna House in Scottsdale was absolutely incredible, this hotel is the perfect blend of modern luxury, desert charm, and unbeatable location. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish design and warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. We took advantage of the digital key option which made the stay so convenient.|The rooms are beautifully designed, minimalist yet cozy, with thoughtful touches that make a big difference. Stayed here for two whole weeks and my trip was nothing short of exceptional. This was such an amazing stay!!! The service was amazing and the vibes were immaculate. MJ and Janelle were incredible! They are so good at their jobs, I enjoyed seeing them every day they were both there. Hopefully I’ll be back soon!! Loved my room, loved the lighting in the bathroom. Loved this hotel! My wife and I celebrated my birthday in phoenix. From the moment we stepped on the property we were treated like family. One staff member in particular made my experience amazing. Opie greeted us with a smile every time we saw him and had some of the best suggestions for places to go in the city. We will definitely be coming back.

Disappointing experience, mainly due to the breakfast service. One guest waited nearly an hour to be served, and there were multiple order mistakes. Most plates did not match what had been ordered, yet the staff insisted the orders were correct instead of apologizing and resolving the issue. The waitress’s attitude was unacceptable, as she blamed the guests rather than taking responsibility. Although the chairs look very nice, they are extremely uncomfortable. A hard wooden bar presses directly into the middle of the back, making breakfast quite unpleasant. The hotel is also very noisy on weekends due to its location in an area full of bars. My room was facing a parking area just below the hotel (which may not belong to the property), where people gathered at night, drinking and playing
