I went in to get help understanding all information on Medicare. It's so much to take in and so much mixed information out there. Also if I can get an understanding of it , maybe I can help direct others some. Nope the only direction I can give someone is..... get an appointment or stop by The Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging for your area. Front Royal was the one I went to for my area. Program Manager Mary was very knowable and helpful. May I add very kind and caring. There are many free classes offered out there, some even giving you a free meal. But they have packages to sell and may not always be in your best interest. The Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging are only there to help guide you in the right direction for you.
