Came here from Lakeland. Heard about it from a friend. I didn’t get a room. Just came for the pool party today. The atmosphere is great. 5 stars. This is really a no judgement zone. The bartenders were a little too bland. No excitement. No enthusiasm. No “enjoy”. No “thank you”. Just “what can I get you. Here you go. Now give me a tip”. That’s what my opinion is. 4 stars for service. What I will recommend to anybody is bring water shoes and wear them at all times. I slipped and busted my butt hard on the pool deck. Screwed up my ankle really bad. Benji was awesome. Really freakin awesome. 5 stars for benji.

I came to Secrets Hideaway for the first time to see a drag show—my friend is one of the performers there. It was also my brother’s birthday, so we figured it’d be a fun night. I didn’t stay overnight, and I wasn’t there for any of the lifestyle side of things—just the show and a few drinks.||||This is an adults-only resort that caters to the swinger community. That said, everything felt very organized and safe. There’s a lot of security and clear rules posted. People were respectful, and no one made us feel uncomfortable.||||Yes, some guests were nude around the pool area—it’s that kind of place—but everyone kept to themselves. We have been going to Secrets now for about 3 years and for the most part I can say it has been a very good experience! With that said I have noticed a considerable change in the service provided at this “resort”. Since either new ownership or investors the staff seems to care more about pushing your bill up and not enough care about the experience that comes with such high prices! DO NOT GET THE CABANA….complete waste of money for the service you get. We received way better service from the bar by Janell than we ever received when we committed to spending more money for the “upgrade” to the cabana experience. It was way more of a downgrade in terms of customer service. Their terms are not clear on how the food and beverage must be spent. They charge you $175 for a bottle that cost

The Sexy Squad at Secrets Hideaway truly sets the standard. Professional, inclusive, and incredibly attentive, they create a space where everyone feels seen and celebrated. The atmosphere is fun, sexy, and respectful all at the same time. It’s rare to find a team that balances confidence and class so effortlessly. Highly recommend. My husband and I just returned from another incredible stay at Secrets, and I had to jump on here after seeing that recent negative review mentioning the bar staff and even suggesting “training or policy changes.” Honestly, I was shocked—because that has NEVER been our experience. We drive 7 hours specifically for the relaxed, welcoming vibe that Secrets does better than anywhere else, and the staff are a huge part of that magic. From the warm smiles at the check-in to the bar teams, everyone is genuinely kind and professional.
