Customer Reviews
The hotel is nice overall My main issue is with the room. When the air-conditioning starts, its extremely loud and wakes me, so had to sleep with the window open to keep it off The bathroom did not have a close-up mirror And the floor is cold and there are no slippers (or carpet). And the light in the bathroom is very bright and turns on automatically when you enter. When I get up in the night to do my business, I prefer it stays dark so I can easily go back to sleep The good parts: the shower is great, the beds are comfy and the staff is very very nice. You alse receive 2 water bottles every day which is a nice touch (though not very green)
Great hotel and staff. The rooms were nice, clean and well appointed. The restaurant staff were fantastic as well. Breakfast was pretty pricey, but tastes excellent. Beautiful views and quick access to to parks, the space needle and plenty of shopping.
We stayed at the Marriott waterfront hotel in January 2026 for 7 nights. In spite of the cold weather (low to mid 40’ F) and a lot of rain….we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. ||We arrived late, after 8pm, on our 1st night but did an early check in to insure that we would be assigned the best room available for our stay. We hit the jackpot because we had a waterfront view, corner room that had windows on 2 sides so we had a waterfront view from Pier 66 to pier 68. We could see past Pier 69, the Wheel that was lite up all night. All easily within walking distance. Pike’s Market Place was walkable due to elevators that you can find that will take you up the hill to Pikes Market level. There were also stairs that you could take as well. There was also a Target that was up the hi
Least value for money I have ever had. Booked direct with Marriott as Gold Member. Payed almost 450 USD and got a noisy room at the elevator. No room service available until 1600. So starving for 2h. Friendly staff at the breakfast (Jacob) but 30min waiting time for food due to staff shortage. Parking is 58USD! Upon check-out no one bothered asking how I liked it. I think I know why. I would not recommend the hotel because price and service are too far apart and the gym is poorly equipped.
The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!!The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.
