If you want to get scammed come here. I requested not once not twice but 6 times. The lady proceeded to hand me a paper saying that I would get a refund and which I’ve tried calling the company and every time I ask for a refund she hangs up. So matters will go into my own hands and not only will I get my refund I’ll also drop a law firms card off to you. Thanks!
The first time I stayed was a nice quiet experience. The second time, 2 weeks later was not great. I was sandwiched between 2 noisy neighbors that were up all night it seemed. Not to mention the people across from us that were knight owls as well. At some point a woman was arguing with her companion & slamming the door to her room numerous times. Then the manager came finally to shut the woman up. Otherwise the rooms are very basic with older furniture. The room does include a little fridge & microwave which is a nice addition. Hard wood floors, no carpet. The sheets smelled nice & clean(like clorox) & the room was clean.
Stayed here 4 days ago for a week, but the price was $70.00 a night. I was a little worried at first based off reading reviews but when I checked in the outside was clean, no drug dealers, no prostitutes. I'm sure thankful to the Seattle PD for that. The rooms were newly remodeled, clean rooms, clean bedding and new towels. The staff was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. I hope the clean up continues up Aurora! Will definitely stay here again for that price you couldn't ask for anything more.
I stayed 2 years ago for almost 2 weeks. At that time the rooms were pieced together but in working order. A decent walk from anything. Fairly popular amongst the skantly dressed younger ladies in the evenings every night of the week. So there eas always an interesting view to say the least. There were two shootings next to my room in the lengthy 2 weeks i stayed. But the service was on it every time i asked for anything it was answered or done quickly. Being unaware of the hotels in the area i came to the realization that i was paying the same price as i would be paying for a way nicer, clean, and secure hotel just a half mile north on Aurora. With that said i believe i paid way to much.
The room was very bare bones. I believe that it was still under renovations. The lamp was broken, and unplugged. The tv had many burn marks. The room had an odor that could only be described as smoke and cleaning agents. There was no toilet paper in the room, though the front desk did provide us with a roll upon request. But, there was more holder for the toilet paper. The curtains were sheer, and the shower was a tunnel that had no lighting. The only redeeming quality really was that it was available, sort of reasonably priced, and the bed was clean. I know the last part for sure because you could still smell the bleach on the sheets.
