SeaStays Miami Beach: Top-Rated Vacation Rentals

Great location but the pics don’t make it be seen that it’s verrrryyyyy run down, needs a good touch up of painting, theirs rust on furniture and toilet paper holder. The door didn't close to the most secure it locked but u could push the door back and forth and it moved a good inch back n forth. the pics just make it look a little nicer n updated then it actually is. But it was still fine for the one night but definitely would not have been not happy if I picked this spot for my entire vacation

Just back from a perfect coastal getaway. The apartment was exactly as pictured—spotless, modern, and with the most stunning ocean views we’ve ever woken up to. The kitchen was fully equipped, which saved us a fortune on meals. The highlight was the private balcony for sunset watching. A truly five-star experience from booking to checkout.

The location to the beach was amazing with views of the bay, from our apartment. That was about all that was good about this place. Musty mold smell and with no proper ventilation, everything was constantly wet/damp. The walls were dirty from previous renters. And a lot of patchwork on the walls from holes. No extra toilet paper, or washcloths/hand towels. There was mold thru-out the bathroom, and the bathroom was dirty and outdated. Cracked tiles in the shower, and worn cabinetry in the kitchen as well. The kitchen cabinets were screwed shut, and handles were broken. Extensive damage to the kitchen countertop that had been repaired with caulk, the butcher’s block was very stained and damaged. One of the bed’s had to be put back together as the frame was not attached. There were cockroach

Our third time booking with SeaStays, and they just keep getting better. The pre-arrival guide was incredibly detailed, down to the best local bakery that wasn't even on our radar. The condo itself was pristine and the check-in process was seamless. SeaStays has the personal touch of a B&B with the space and privacy of a full apartment. We’re already planning our return.

As someone who recently went here with a 1 y old toddler, I wanted to write a thorough review since there’s quite a few mixed ones out there. 1. The location is AMAZING. The beach is literally right out the back door and if you get a beach facing room you are in for the best sunrise views ❤️ 2. The staff: they are pretty quick to respond if you need anything however… there were a few things that were just off - If you order Amazon packages (I suggest just don’t do it and try to order off of instacart instead since they deliver right to your room door) the staff only allow packages to be kept in a room that is accessible between 7-7:30 or 9-9:30 in the evening only. And the person that comes in charge for opening that room is NEVER ON TIME. We gave up and just reported it to Amazon. - The
