Seasons Florida Resort

Stayed at Seasons in November 2025 as a couple. Both pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and size of the room. Absolutely loads of free parking so this was never an issue and very ideal after a long day at the parks. No noise issues, even though we were close to the road it didn’t filter into the room. Location ideal for easy access to nearby attractions. Loses a mark only because the lady on check-in desk was rude and on the phone whilst I was trying to check in which did not set a great first impression. Otherwise, highly recommend as a clean, safe budget option for those staying in Kissimmee.

I dont want to make this review. This has been my family "secret spot" for years now. Its low priced, good service, 15mins from the parks ,5 mins from olds town, and many more attractions, restaurants etc. My wife and I came up for our normal get away and ive never seen this hotel so packed. Im happy to see the owner worked so hard for this accomplishment. Sad everyone knows but happy to see them still here doing good.

Not sure who is giving this anything above 2 stars. Trust me when I say it's not. Read reviews stating newly renovated. If you call putting lipstick on a pig beautifying then I guess it's beautiful. This is truly a very dated motel, paper thin walls, noisy a/c, run down area it sits behind an abandoned restaurant.

We stayed here for two nights while traveling to Orlando for the weekend. We live in Florida and booked this hotel through Expedia about 2–3 weeks in advance. We reserved a suite with two beds and ended up on the third floor with no elevator — not ideal, but it is what it is. Check-in was a bit frustrating. I gave my name, phone number, confirmation number, and even showed my Expedia booking, yet the front desk couldn’t find our reservation for a while. I was even asked if I had just booked the room that day, which I hadn’t. After about 20 minutes, it turned out the booking was under my last name — which I had already provided initially. I understand systems can be weird, but the process felt unnecessarily awkward and the service could’ve been a bit more friendly or welcoming, especially

Overall not bad. Looks a little iffy when you pull in and the office is behind an abandoned restaurant, but things improved from there. Plenty of parking, lady at the front desk was a delight. I asked about the incredible amout of toll roads around Orlando, she tried to explain what passes work but I just got more confused. Turns out, EZ-Pass works everywhere which is what I have. The room was clean enough, mattress was probably old since it had a big dip in it where I tried to sleep. The elevator is extremely shiny but the last time I used it, I thought I was going to get stuck. It took WAY longer to go up two floors than previous trips.
